How to customize your AI assistant

Getting Started

The AI customization panel allows you to control how your assistant communicates, what information it shares, and how it handles different customer scenarios.

Access the AI Settings

Navigate to your dashboard and click on SettingsAI Assistant.

Set Your Business Name and Brand

Enter your business name exactly as you want the AI to introduce itself:

  • Business Name (e.g., "Bella's Salon")
  • Tagline or slogan (optional)
  • Brand voice (Professional, Friendly, Casual)

Configure Response Style

Choose how formal or casual your AI should sound:

Test different tones with the preview feature before saving. Send yourself a test message to see how it feels from a customer's perspective.

Add Custom Responses

Create custom responses for common scenarios:

Save and Test

Click Save Changes and use the test chat feature to verify your customizations work as expected.

Changes to your AI settings take effect immediately. Test thoroughly before going live with major changes.

Yes, we save your last 5 configurations. You can restore any previous version from the settings history.

Review all custom responses to ensure they match your selected tone. The AI blends your custom text with the tone setting.
